Many people are interestd in seeing photos of buildings and houses, preservation projects, interesting areas, etc. Rather than make a page of more photographs - more than what appear in the header of the Web pages - we are going to try an experiment and link to photos of Detroit in Flickr.

People have uploaded photos to the Web for years. Flickr is an innovative, new, free Web site designed to be a better way for people to share photos (publicly or privately). Not only do people put their photos there, but they tag them with keywords so that other people can see them when they want to see all of the photos on a topic.

This harnesses the power of many different photographers, not just one or two. The quality of photos varies. You will be leaving Cityscape's site.
